You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.

All digital download items & gift cards are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. (Address will be emailed to you upon request)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your returned item has been received. After inspecting the item, you will be notified on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

“Pre-Owned” Items:

Purchases made from the “Pre-Owned” category in “Shop.” are non-refundable after the item has been shipped and non-returnable.

Free Shipping on all orders over $50, applied automatically at checkout. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process and ship your order (this does not apply to “Pre-Order” items). All items are processed from Monday to Friday EST. A tracking number will come with all packages. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival time of your order.

Currently there is no international shipping by default. Please use the contact form below if you would like international shipping. You are responsible for international shipping costs.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. We cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.
