What's your turn around time?

Depending on the project, typically 5-7 business days (M-F). Priority editing (Same Day - 2 Days) is an option for an additional fee (determined by work load).

How long do photoshoots last?

I do not emphasize time limits because my goal is to create the best possible experience for us. I will provide an estimated amount of time for your session, once we begin the booking process.

Do I select my own photos I want edited?

For portrait shoots, I send all photos (watermarked) in an online secure gallery, for you to choose the photos you would like edited.

How do I receive my files?

Images and videos are sent through my online secure protected gallery. Here you are able to view and download all files sent. If discussed, files can be sent via a different provider (such as We Transfer, Dropbox or Google Drive) for your convenience.

Can you send me the RAW/Unedited Photos?

No, unedited photos do not represent my art, I wouldn’t like those photos shared.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit (25%-50%). For photo/video shoots this will lock in the date and time of your session into my calendar.

Until I receive the deposit, nothing is booked. The remaining balance of your session, travel fees, and any other expenses/fees are due, same day after the shoot, unless stated otherwise.

Your deposit can be fully refunded due to bad weather, acts of God, or an unlikely situation where I am not able to perform the shoot.

Please communicate with me as soon as possible. Up to 2 reschedules are permitted before the shoot is seen as a cancellation.

If we have to reschedule the photoshoot because you’re running late, you will charged an additional fee of $25.

If we’ve booked a studio, time may not be able to be extended or additional fees will be applied per the studio’s requirements.

You may notify me through email or text message. Our time is valuable, so please make any necessary arrangements prior to booking.

If you don’t have a preferred location, I will assist in finding one. If there are 2 or more locations for your session they must be within 30 minutes (driving) of each other or a $15 Travel Fee will be applied. (You will be notified prior to and carpooling may be an option)

If you are out of town or state and I am traveling to you, there may be additional travel costs. These will be determined prior to the booking.

If you desire to post your work created By JSN. to social media you MUST tag JSN (@jsncamera on all platforms). Please give artists the credit and recognition they deserve. There are countless times where artists have their work shared across mass platforms and they never receive credit. Sometimes, this credit can change their lives.
